These are three minors arrested in an area of ​​Imathia by men from the Veria Police Department for the crime of distinguished theft.

The detainees were identified by the police in the early hours of the morning yesterday and in their possession they found money (141 euros) which was found to have been removed earlier from a shop that had been broken in the Imathia area.

Also, on the night of February 23 to February 24, they attempted to break another store in the same area, but they could not remove anything. Police investigation revealed that the detainees, along with 3 other minors, whose elements have been identified, acting mainly on the afternoon hours, systematically committed thefts and burglaries, in shops and businesses, removing money and other items.

It has so far been found that within two months (Jan-Feb) in various areas of Imathia, 10 burglaries and thefts in shops, businesses and office, a vehicle theft and a motorcycle theft, which were found and attributed to the sufferers, committed.

They also committed two thefts of courtyards of houses.

The value of thefts exceeds 6,000 euros, according to the sufferers. The police also arrested two women and a man who are their guardians. A case was filed against them. Police investigation is continuing to determine any involvement in other similar offenses. The detainees will be referred to the prosecutor.

Burglaries and thefts by minors and in Alexandria
