Four files were formed, the two for felonies and both for misdemeanors in the high rally of the “black anniversary” of the Tempi rail tragedy.

A total of 30 people, 25 members of Rubicon and five more arrested were led to the autopsy.

The Rubicon members were charged with the accusations of disruption of household peace, illegal possession and use of flares and refusal to submit fingerprint.

They were referred to the autopsy and their trial was postponed to Tuesday. Until then, prisoners remain.

Five more misdemeanor for weapons and illegal possession of crackers and flares were also referred to the autopsy.

The rest of the detainees were referred to an investigator in two separate files.

The first concerns those prior to the gathering (14 people) who are accused of possession and construction of incendiary materials and bombs that could raise a risk to human beings, illegal weapons together, illegal possession of crackers and a denial of fingerprint.

The second case file concerns those arrested by the episodes who are accused of:

Explosion that could arise a danger to man and foreign things by co -consciousness and continued

Arson from which there could be a danger to human and foreign things, by continuing and co -conspiracy

Possession of incendiary materials and bombs from which a human risk could occur

Attempted heavy intended damage to the weight of employees in confusion and co -conspiracy

Dangerous bodily harm at the expense of employees by co -conspiracy and confusion

Disturbance of common peace by co -conspiracy

Corruption of foreign property

Employees

Unlawful weapon

Illegal possession and use of flares

Illegal possession of crackers
