Feriae, Brazil Ramen and more restaurants close their doors in SP; See which

While gaining new restaurants, the state capital has seen a series of establishments close its doors in recent weeks.

The disputed Brazil Ramen ended his freedom activities on Friday (28). The Japanese Shindo Michihiko ran the small establishment alone five years ago, serving only ramen, with a menu that varied every week with his creations. He intends to open a new restaurant.

Gastropub Pipes, opened in 2021 in Mooca, served its last beer on the 28th. In the same space, Marinna was still working.

Chef Patrícia Helú closed her vegetarian restaurant Caracolla, in Vila Nova Conceição, on February 11, to make room for new projects.

With less than a year of operation, Le Bulô, dedicated to seafood at Itaim Bibi, lowered the doors permanently last month.

The authorial cuisine of Feriae, led by Colombian chef Mario Panezo, was closed months after he left the society. The house in Pinheiros ended the activities in December.

On the 16th, chef Renata Vanzetto closes Ema, her most authorial address, after 12 years. She, however, says the pause is temporary and will give way to a more affordable EMA. This, at least, is still time to say goodbye.
