Cooperation of Excellence in Production
All three models are manufactured at the state -of -the -art Ford Otosan assembly plant in Craiova, Romania. Everything uses electrical drive units produced at Ford’s facilities in Halewood, United Kingdom, as well as accessories from the Ford plant located in Cologne. This proves Ford’s commitment to innovation and sustainability throughout the production process.
The factory in Craiova is just one typical example of Ford’s commitment to sustainability in all its production facilities in Europe. The recent installation of photovoltaic panels and the operation of a more efficient logistics hub have brought a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. The Ford Otosan consortium, founded in 1997 between Ford Motor Company and Koç Holdings, promotes innovation and has created a legacy of excellence in the automotive industry for almost a century.
