Another two stations, in Volos and Kilkis, were sealed for two years by the Customs Auditors of AADE, as they were distorted fuel on the market.
In particular:
1. In the case of Volos, there had been any relevant information from the competent Magnesia Trade Service on the detection of a 3.1 -ton regulated gasoline, which led to a 3,298 -euro certificate of tariff charges, while at the same time prosecution of smuggling.
2. In Kilkis, the station was sealing in the context of a operation under the coordination of the Central Business Chamber of AADE, following the utilization of information by the Department of Development and Environment Kilkis.
In both cases, fuel samples were received which were examined by the chemical services of the General Chemistry of the AADE State and were characterized as abnormal and distorted with other oil products.
The two -year seal is followed by a number of additional measures, such as:
- Certificates of fines exceeding one hundred fifty thousand euros (150,000 €) per stationer
- Reply of fuel from stations tanks
- Withdrawal of signals, pumps and equipment of service stations
- Removal of operating licenses of stations
- Interruption of the disposal and trafficking of energy products to the specific stations and linked to them, in the context of compliance with due diligence measures.
- Publication of the offenders on the AADE website.
