Turkish judicial authorities are calling for its extradition to serve a remaining sentence of 15 years and 10 months.
The 49 -year -old was taken to the Thessaloniki Public Prosecutor’s Office at noon to launch the procedures for the Turkish request. He allegedly denies the accusations, claiming that he is being prosecuted “politically”, saying he has applied for asylum in our country. It was decided to remain in custody until the Judicial Council had an opinion on the issue of its issuance.
