Two people accused of stealing copper by DEDDIE pillars totaling 155,160 euros, police officers arrested yesterday morning in a settlement in Xanthi.
Police officers from the Xanthi Criminal Prosecution and Criminal Department, the Prevention and Repression of the Crime of Xanthi and the Department of Border Prison, Mr. Nevrokopi Drama, identified and arrested the perpetrators because earlier occupants. The ongoing investigation by the police found that the perpetrators from January 14, 2025 to March 22, 2025, committed twenty -one other transformer thefts in areas of Xanthi and Rodopi, causing their interior to be damaged by the internal.
