More specifically, as stated in his announcement: ‘EFET And in particular the Regional Directorate of Epirus, during the audits under the program “Official Control for the Monitoring of Microbiological Food Safety Criteria” 2025, sampled a sample of meat meat by poultry meat, and in particular, “Souvlaki Chicken” 11/04/2025, which is produced and packaged in Greece by the Poultry Business Company Arta SA (ANEZAS SA), based in Aneza Arta. Following the examination by the Ioannina Veterinary Laboratory, the presence of the pathogenic microorganism Salmonella spp was found in the above sample.

EFET It has demanded the immediate revocation of the whole batch of this product and the relevant checks are already underway. Consumers who have been supplied by the above product are called not to consume it
