The sisters at the head of Marie Marie Bakery bakery launch their own brand of gelato for delivery and Lumy Creamy, with creative and Brazilian flavors, opens the second unit in the center. Marie Glace

The sisters at the head of Marie Marie Bakery launch a brand of handcrafted ice cream, with flavors created in partnership with Spanish Javier Guillen, with stints at Pierre Hermé and Valhorna. There are about 20 options of gelato, made without preservatives, such as croissant, petit suisse of strawberry, white chocolate and bejinho. They are sold in pots of 270 ml (from R $ 25 to R $ 57) and 575 ml (from R $ 54 to R $ 126), also available in the bakery in Tatuapé. To accompany, there is croissant cone (R $ 8).

Festival Mar e Earth

This Friday (9), the Varal 87 Mar and Terra restaurant prepares a Special Menu with a fixed price that highlights preparations in the ember and seafood. On one side, there are cuts like Ancho and Wagyu sandwich. On the other, preparations like Paella and Lula’s skewer. Biro-biro rice and grilled vegetables are some of the side dishes. The event, watered the live music, also has open bar of draft beer, juice and soda.

Soup festival CEAGESP

The traditional event begins on Wednesday (7), with about 80 varied flavors of soups and broths to eat at ease, for a fixed price. The menu varies each week. You can find onion soup, oxtail, Capeletti in Brodo and Cabbage Cream with Roquefort cheese. The buffet includes side dishes such as cheese, roasted pepperoni and bread.
