About 5 million citizens will participate anonymously in the electronic evaluation of the two, twice a year, through a new platform

Citizens will now be able to evaluate critical services provided by the central state, such as AADE and the e-EFKAbut also local services cleanliness; lighting and social care and every aspect of public administration.
Mr Lebanese stressed that the platform is “accessible by Gov.gr and is accessible by people with disabilities. It is a comprehensive quantitative survey questionnaire. This will run twice a year April-May and October-November. ” He also explained that “we have accessed Taxisnet codes to ensure anonymity and uniqueness of the participation. The only elements collected are the home address and the postal code. “
For his part, Dimitris Papastergiou emphasized that it is a “crucial moment for the Greek State”.

What is and how the new platform works
Through an anonymous questionnaire, citizens will now be able to evaluate public services by rating their experience in scale by the 1 to 10. The questionnaire will be sent twice a year, with the aim of creating a systematic image of the quality of the services provided.
The evaluation system includes a wide range of public services, including:

- Transport and public transport
- Local Government Organizations, such as cleanliness, road lighting, kindergartens and parking lots
- The Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE)
- The Public Employment Service (DBA)
- The Greek Land Registry
- Open Elderly Protection Centers (KAPI)
- The Town Planning
- Recycling and Green Services
- Services for people with disabilities
- Primary and Secondary Schools
- Municipal clinics
Evaluation also extends to digital services such as:
- The electronic prescription
- The issuance of a responsible statement
- The e-female
- Ticket checks for sports events
- The use of Gov.gr Wallet
Particular emphasis is also placed on capturing the image that citizens have on municipal services, such as lighting, cleanliness, road network and digital functions of municipal services.
Through the questionnaire, citizens will also be asked to answer questions about their personal experience, such as Which public services have visited or used in the last 12 months.
