The 13 minors accused of the criminal gang case, which allegedly operated under the cloak of far -right collectivity, called “Nationalist”, were released after the imposition of restrictive conditions.

The same criminal treatment was reserved for an investigator and prosecutor, in their unanimous ruling, to their 25 -year -old co -defendant.

The process will continue tomorrow, Sunday, when the threshold of the investigating office will pass the other 14 defendants (all adults) who are prosecuted for the case, including the alleged gang leaders who coordinated the others.

After a marathon procedure that exceeded ten hours, it was decided to impose, as appropriate, restrictive conditions, such as a police station, a ban on attending sports events and reforming measures.

Those who apologized today denied the accusations attributed to them and any involvement in episodes or violent attacks and robberies with racist characteristics. They reportedly argued that they were simply members of the team created by this organization on the Telegram online platform.

The case file includes a total of 30 people, arrested at 28 (a minor is allegedly abroad and the latter has not been identified). In the same case file that focuses on the interval from last September to March of this year, it describes, among other things, attacks on anti -authoritarian people (including an incident with injuries on the sidelines of amateur basketball), two robberies, vandalism.

Police investigations into the accused houses found and seized clothing and pieces of fabric with nationalist symbols, numerous stickers, books and printed material depicting nationalist symbols, racist symbols and organizations, arms, weapons, Slip and pyrotechnic construction, cannabis packages, precision scales, 33 mobile phones, 6 computers and two anti -regulatory masks.

At the expense of the 28 detainees, a criminal prosecution was prosecuted for a total of 13 acts (two in a degree of felony and 11 in a degree of misdemeanor).
