This time, the case led to the conviction of the 38 -year -old mother of two children, who was found guilty of domestic threat and was sentenced to seven months in prison with suspension and right to appeal.

The incident unfolded on Thursday morning when the defendant allegedly phoned her ex -husband and threatened to “have a month of life”. The man filed a lawsuit and produced an audio documentary in which the accused sounds threatened to threaten their 8 -year -old son. The court has decided to forward the case file to the Public Prosecutor’s Office to further investigate any criminal offenses.

The suitor said tensions with his ex -wife began after their separation in January, when she complained – with no result – for threat, while claiming that she was spying on him and causing damage to his vehicle. He also complained that he was asking for exorbitant amounts of nutrition and denies the cooperation of children.

For her part, the defendant denied the charges, questioned the credibility of the witnesses and denied that he was taking medication or that he made any threat. However, the court ruled that the evidence was sufficient for her conviction, acknowledging her her earlier honest life.
