The 46 -year -old allegedly perpetrator of the 41 -year -old murder in Rafina is accused of homicide from intent to a calm mental state.

All three defendants, who were arrested after an arrest warrant issued against them, took a deadline to apologize next Tuesday.
The time
According to reports, the victim on Tuesday night had an appointment with the perpetrator and two of their nationals on the beach of Artemis.
While being in the vehicle, the 46 -year -old allegedly shot him in the face. The victim came out of the vehicle and managed to call his wife, saying they were shot, and also named the perpetrator.
The perpetrator then put the 41 -year -old on the vehicle and transported him 200 meters away where he left his corpse in a desert vineyard, near the intersection of Arionos and Panagia Gorgoepikou streets.
His wife, in turn, informed the police, which began an investigation to locate him. Initially, police found only the victim’s cellphone, which had blood spots on, and after a few hours they found the 41 -year -old’s body.
According to the deposition of the 41 -year -old’s wife, the perpetrator and the victim had financial differences for a luxury property worth 2,000,000 in Loutsa and that seems to be the motivation of murder.
