Chef Alex Atala’s Brazilian food restaurant brings special menu (R $ 700) to the date, with six stages. Snack, serves meat tartare with rôti, cork pepper, maxixe and cassava crunchy. There are two entrances, one cold and one hot: breaded ostra with marinada tapioca and brainidade (an emulsion) of palm with anchovy. The menu also features two main dishes: octopus with Tucupi Hollandaise, served with grilled vegetables, and counter-bean vinaigrette and farofa. Dessert appear mousse of three chocolates: white with vanilla and rum, ruby with strawberry and kind of bitter with brandy.
