It was resolved by the Western Attic Attica Criminal Prosecution and Criminal Division with a pistol at a gas station that occurred on 26-5-2025 in Aspropyrgos.
The case was filed against 2 men, aged 41 and 39, for co -conspiracy, distinguished theft and violation of the law on addictive substances, while the case file also includes an employee of the gas station accused of complicity in the robbery, false and false product.
In addition, as announced by ELAS, in the context of the investigation into the case of the case, additional 4 persons were arrested in settlements of Zefyri and Acharnes for violating the law on addictive substances and weapons.
Preceded evaluation and utilization of information and pre -trial data, from the further analysis of which the involvement of the two defendants in that robbery resulted in the involvement of the two robbery. In particular, according to Police, in the early hours of 26-5-2025, the 2 defendants entered a gas station in Aspropyrgos with their features covered and threatened to use a pistol on the floor the employee of the stations, they removed a sum of money.
Further investigation by the police found that the 2 defendants designed and committed the robbery in consultation with the shop official, with whom they had telephone contacts before and after the robbery was committed.
In a survey in possession of the two arrested nationals, they were found and confiscated:

• APPROVAL,
• barrel and
• Wooden pole.
In addition, during the preliminary investigation, it was found that the two defendants were supplied with drugs, either for its own use or for further trafficking from a house to a settlement of Zefyri.
During the investigation of police officers in the house and in two more houses in Acharnes settlements, 4 people were arrested while found and confiscated:
• 14 g. heroin,
• 28 g. raw cannabis,
