Officers of the Criminal Crimes Prosecution and Criminal Crimes arrested on the afternoon of July 11th one 28 -year -old and one 26 -year -oldalleged to be a gang members who commit scam in weight elderlypretending them accountantsin areas of Southeast Attica.
A case file was filed against them for distinguished fraud and thefts of co -conspiracy and continuously, foreign property deterioration and apathy. In addition, a 28 -year -old was filed against the 28 -year -old for violating the Arms Act.
In particular, according to ELAS, the two detainees, at least since April of this year and pretending to be accountable, were calling on the elderly people, morning and afternoon, and on the pretext that they could appreciate and secure valuables and money, they persuaded them.
From the Police Pre -Trial Inquiry so far, they have been solved 10 assumptions Fraud in Kalyvia, Koropi, Anavyssos, Ilioupoli, Old Fokaia, Alimos and Glyfada, while the economic benefit exceeds the 40,000 euros.
In checks performed in the houses of the arrested found and seized blacksmith, 6 grams. Raw cannabis, small amount of processed hemp, as well as 4 drug tablets, and two more people were arrested for violating the law on addictive substances.
As noted by ELAS, the two defendants have been concerned with the authorities for various offenses. The detainees were taken to the competent prosecutor.
