If you want to know the pizza do Balcony 228, make a reservation. Since it was elected as the best pizzeria in the city by popular vote in the sp8 pizzas contest earlier this month, the dispute by place is great.
In a Wednesday, at 7 pm, waiting for the house in Vila Romana was 40 minutes. On Saturday, before opening, he had a line at the door and the owner calmed his spirits, saying that everyone would be attended as soon as possible. Excited, he could give chaos an air of the Italian family.

With so many great and best known addresses in the city, it is worth an initial question: Why did that pizzeria that until recently received customers from the neighborhood mainly elected darling of the time? Even going over the prejudice that many people still have with the electric oven, not the wood, used there. The answer, of course, is what the house offers.
The pizzas coverage is full, as of an authentic round of São Paulo. Made with slow fermentation (48 hours), the dough is thin in the center and thick at the edges.
Elastic and crispy, refers to the Neapolitan pizzas. The ingredients are good. Flavors often add creamy cheeses to hit each bite.
The coverage chosen to start the dinner was Zucchini (R $ 110 Pizza Grande, which comes with eight pieces). The already classic taste that unites zucchini, mozzarella and tomato sauce, added a generous layer of catupiry. The result is tasty, but the coverage weighs to the point of leaving the base damp.
Already Castelões (R $ 130), which carries tomato sauce and handcrafted pepperoni, comes with abundance of mozzarella. The tip is to eat as soon as it is served at the table, still hot. After a few minutes, even with the lid the attendant had placed, the abundance became a little less appetizing.
For those who like cheese, but not so much, the tip is to ask marguerita (R $ 120). It comes with plenty of tomato sauce and pieces of buffalo mozzarella in more moderate quantity.
Also successful the sandwiches made with pizza mass and more slowly roasts. Who goes in group asks as an entrance, to divide. In the same line Comfort Food of pizzas, all flavors carry two types of creamy cheese and buffalo mozzarella. Among the options are the Pastrami (R $ 120) and Caprese versions (R $ 99).
On the night of the visit, coffee, capuccino and hot chocolate were being served as courtesy to customers. For dessert, was chosen Tiramisu (R $ 45), which serves well two people. The most widespread recipe foresees alternate layers of champagne type cookie and egg cream with cheese cheese.
In the version of the house, this candy comes with little cookie and a lot, a lot of cream. It is tasty, clearly made with quality ingredients and dismantle pleasantly in the mouth. But in the end, it made the feeling that dinner could have been a little less… creamy.
It is worth noting that the reservation needs to arrive until 19:15. After this time, the table is released for those waiting on waiting. As the pizzeria is on a street with many garage entrances, if it is by car arrives as soon as possible to find a place in the surroundings.
