The 61.5% of the sections were recorded this year, based on the statistics of the import bases.
Among them are the technical and economic departments. On the other hand, the foundations of the Laws and the Schools of Psychology declined, while in the majority, the bases of the Medical Schools remained unchanged.
According to data released, earlier today, the Ministry of Education, the total number of candidates for selection amounted to 70,276 (59,822 GEL and 10,454 EPAL) and entered the Higher Ecclesiastical Academies in the Higher Ecclesiastical Academies, Ash and the Coast Guard 62,848 GEL and EPAL candidates.
In particular, the success rate of GEL candidates amounted to 97.32% and the corresponding percentage of EPAL candidates at 63.42%.
It is worth noting that the procedure of the parallel computer bulletin submitted 20,825 applications and the successful candidates amounted to 16,138, with a success rate of import to SAEK at 77.5%.

On the other hand, the lowest import base recorded this year was the 7,040 points of the Department of Regional and Economic Development of the Agricultural University of Athens in Amphissa. More specifically, the five sections with the lowest bases for this year are:

How did the bases move
The bases for admission to the Polytechnic and Economic Schools were on the rise, and the foundations of the Laws and the Schools of Psychology declined. The IT schools presented mixed trends, recording other rise and other decline, while most of them, the bases of the Medical Schools remained unchanged.
In particular, as George Chatzithegas, a teacher and analyst, noted in RES-EIA, in the 2nd scientific field there is a rise in Polytechnic Schools and a dramatic decline in mathematics and physics departments, while in the 3rd field, medicals seem to have been in the lower level.
However, as he pointed out, this year “more intense is the phenomenon of vacancies in parts of the region and Athens”.
More specifically, two of the three law schools fell down to 60 and 150 points (Athens and Thessaloniki Law) while a 75 -point rise was recorded by Tuesday (Komotini Law – Democritus University of Thrace). The departments of 120 to 445 molecules declined for the second year, with the exception of the Department of Psychologists of the Democritus University of Thrace (Didymoteicho), which recorded a rise of 150 molecules.
The bases of the Medical Schools remained unchanged in Athens, Alexandroupolis, Ioannina and Heraklion. A marginal rise of 25 points was recorded by Thessaloniki Medicine (AUTH), while a marginal decline of 15-50 points was recorded by Medicine in Larissa Patras and Thessaloniki (SASS).
The bases were raised in most of the technical schools, a rise that reached up to 1,700 points in two cases (Electrical and Electrical Engineering – PADA, Mechanical Engineering, University of Peloponnese (Patras)).
The bases of the Economics Schools also showed up up to 1,460 points, in the case of the Department of Economics at the University of Western Macedonia (Kastoria) and 1,210 points in the case of the Department of Administrative Science and Technology of the University of Patras.
The image of the IT departments is mixed, with the bases ranging down up to 1,875 points (Informatics and Telecommunications – University of Thessaly) or up to 370 points (IT – Economics and Economics).

The first trinity of sections with the highest rise is as follows:

On the other hand, the largest drop in number of molecules recorded the following sections:

Music Studies of the University of Ioannina (‘Arta), Moria: 11,660, drop by 3,590 points
Mathematics University of Ioannina, Moria: 9,385, drop by 2,765 points.
