“In what capacity did you bring me here?” Pispirigou reportedly asked when she was taken to GADA. According to EL.AS officers, after they showed her the arrest warrant, the following dialogue followed:
Pispirigou Roula: I’ve done nothing. Once the ketamine results came out, did you come to get me?
Police officers: Did you give ketamine to your child?
Pispirigou Roula: No, I did not give the child anything.
Police officers: Do you think there is ketamine?
Pispirigou Roula: I’m not sure about the results. I want this checked. As soon as you knocked on my door, I googled to find out what ketamine is.
At the same time, as they report during the police conversations with Roula Pispirigou, she was calm and did not give regular answers.
According to the same sources, crucial in the development of the case, among others, are the testimonies of the doctors and nurses, especially of a nurse who was addressed by her mother shortly before Georgina died. According to the nurse, Georgina’s mother seemed lazy, that she did not have the panic that a mother would have in a similar case.
The accused is in GADA and has increased surveillance in case she has a psychological transition.
“From all the collected pre-investigation material it appears that the death of Daskalaki Georgia occurred as a result of the administration of a lethal amount of ketamine, within a maximum of 20 minutes, from the moment of administration and during this period together with Georgia was only Pispirigo’s mother, Sotiria. The last time any of the doctors or nursing staff visited the minor’s ward was about an hour before the incident that led to the child’s death. The examination of the medical and nursing staff, as well as the medical file of the victim, shows that no amount of ketamine was administered “.

Specifically, from toxicological tests carried out at posthumous blood its existence was ascertained of the medicinal substance “ketamine”, in an amount that is toxic-lethal. Regarding the exact time of death after ketamine administration, it depends on various factors and mainly on the route of administration. The time range varies from a few seconds to 20 minutes, depending on the route of administration. “Our investigation revealed that the only person who was in Georgia’s cell for the last 20 minutes of her life, before the side effects of the drug appeared, was her mother.”
Roula Pispirigou denied her involvement to the police (in the conversation they had, not a testimony) and allegedly questioned the result of the examinations.
The dose of ketamine found is 6.5 micrograms per ml. The testimonies of the doctors and nurses are crucial, especially of a nurse that the mother addressed when the little girl had the incident, the mother seemed lazy, that she did not have the panic that a mother would have in a similar case.
