Following on from 28-07-2025 announcement, which concerns the arrest of people in the port of Rhodes and to restore reality, the following are clarified:

It is noted that, by the detainees, three are accused of violence against officials and judicial persons and for violating the anti -racist law, three for abundance and two for violence against officials and judges.
In the context of the subsequent pre -trial proceedings, all the indictments were apologized in the presence of a defense lawyer, receiving copies of the case file, in accordance with the provisions of criminal procedure.
Further, in a request for medical care, the competent police officers responded positively by informing the possibility of transporting to a health structure, but the relevant wish was revoked. However, police reiterated the proposal on the morning of the following day, re -receiving a negative response, through a defense lawyer.
The Greek Police always act within the framework of legality, with full respect for the constitutional rights of citizens, as well as its obligations to maintain public order, security and social peace.
