It starts tomorrow April 1st the submission of statements for Employment Enhancement Mechanism “COOPERATION” (Phase A) for the month Aprilfollowing the extension of the program until 31 May 2022.
For the period April-May 2022in the “COOPERATION” include employees who have dependent employment relationship full-time, at October 31, 2021(the data of which are taken from the Information System “ERGANI”), in companies that meet the financial data that will be defined in the relevant ministerial decision, which remain the same as those in force for the period January-March 2022.
In particular, as stated in an announcement of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs:
A. For the month of April 2022-AD phase SYN-ERGASIA, the companies-employers who wish to join the Mechanism, are given the opportunity to submit statements “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(AD phase)” and “Application / declaration of inclusion in the Mechanism” COOPERATION “(AD phase) – Correct Repetition”, provided that any change or modification of the organization of working time is notified in advance, through the form E4: Table of Staff-Supplementary Hours of employees who are part of the Mechanism, from the 1st to the 30th of April 2022.
B. For the month of March 2022-Î’ ‘phase SYN-ERGASIA, it is possible to submit the declarations “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERASIA “(Β΄ phase)” and “application / application for integration in the Mechanism” SYN- WORK “(2nd phase) – Correct Repetition”, from the 1st to the 8th of April 2022.
C. For the month of February 2022-AD phase COOPERATION (new deadline)
It is possible to submit to the PS. “ERGANI” of the statements “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(AD phase)” and “application / declaration of membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERGASIA “(AD phase) -Correct Repetition” by companies-employers that wish to join the Mechanism for the month of February 2022, who have not submitted a B΄ phase for the respective month, from the 1st to the 4th of April 2022.
In any case, it remains the obligation to notify in advance any change or modification of the organization of working time, through the form E4: Table of Personnel – Supplementary Hours of employees who are part of the Mechanism, for the respective months of membership in the Mechanism.
D. For the month of February 2022-B΄ phase COOPERATION (new deadline)
It is possible to submit the statements “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERASIA “(2nd phase)” and “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” SYN-ERASIA “(2nd phase) – Correct Repetition” for the month of February 2022 and only for:
– companies that have not submitted a phase B declaration,
– companies that have submitted a phase B declaration, exclusively for employees who were excluded from the phase B payments, from the 5th to the 8th of April 2022.
It is noted that, before submitting the form “application / application for membership in the Mechanism” COOPERATION “(Phase B) – Correct Repetition” for employees who were excluded from the payments of phase B, employers can seek the latest application for the B ‘phase and, by selecting the “Management” button, to be informed about the reasons for the exclusion of employees from the B’ phase payments.
Submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of employees by companies in the fire-affected areas of Evia
The P.S. “ERGANI” will be available from 1/4/2022 to 30/4/2022 for the submission of declarations of suspension of employment contracts of part or all of the employees for the month of April 2022 by employers, based on KAD, based or having a branch in areas affected by the fires and which belong to the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Istiaia-Edipsos and Mantoudi-Lake Agia Anna of the Regional Unit of Evia, according to the provisions of house no. 60622 / 17-8-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision “Extraordinary urgent measures to protect jobs in the affected areas from the natural disasters caused by the fires of August 2021 “(B ‘3816), as in force.
In the suspension declaration form, they select the relevant Special Case “Operations affected by the fires of August 2021, based on KAD”.
According to the above JMC, the measure of suspension of employment contracts is completed on 30/4/2022.
Submission of unilateral statements by employees in the earthquake-stricken areas of Crete, whose employment contract was terminated
The P.S. “ERGANI” will be available from 1/4/2022 until 15/4/2022 for the submission of unilateral declarations by employees of companies in the private sector, regardless of industry and business activity, in areas, in accordance with ANNEX I of No. 108115 / 28-12-2021 Joint Ministerial Decision “Extraordinary and urgent measures for the protection of jobs in the areas of the Region of Crete affected by the earthquake of 27.9.2021” (BD 6297) belonging to areas of the Region of Crete affected by earthquake of 27.9.2021, whose employment contract was terminated by termination during the period from 27/9/2021 until 12/11/2021.
The above become beneficiaries of extraordinary financial assistance, as special purpose compensation, from the date of termination of their employment relationship and for a period not exceeding three months.
The relevant application-responsible statement (special form: “Application-Responsible Declaration of employees in companies-employers in the areas affected by the earthquake 27/9/2021, whose employment contract was terminated by termination during the period from 27/9/2021 until 12/11/2021 ») is submitted monthly on the electronic platform of the special mechanism for supporting employees (supportemployees.services.gov.gr) of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, without requiring a responsible employer statement.
