The Special The Best of São Paulo Gastronomy – Restaurants, Bars and Kitchen brings a selection with over 900 houses where to eat and drink in the city, presented according to their specialty and information about neighborhoods where they are located.

In addition to the selection, the project highlights winners elected by the specialized jury and the opinion of the city’s residents through a Datafolha survey, which outlines the list of the best addresses of São Paulo according to Paulistano.

Atzi

It offers seven flavors of tacos per $ 18. The classic al pastor ($ 19) is made with spicy pork and pineapple. Jair Rojas commands the kitchen of the Colombian restaurant named in the universe of Gabriel García Márquez’s work. Chef Marisabel Woodman serves Latin American menu in an environment with works of art inspired by pre-Columbian culture. There are six ceviches options, such as the classic (R $ 74) and the Campeón (R $ 103), this prepared at two temperatures: the octopus, in the redhead, and the fish of the day, marinated. Among the hot dishes, the jump (R $ 85) has fillet-mignon, purple onion, tomato, coriander, soyu and accompanying rustic potatoes and rice. The Picarones (R $ 44) close the meal: Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Cups covered with rapadura syrup, dried figs and cinnamon.

The Mexican Quique Calderón restaurant serves tacos, donkey and quesadillas between $ 20 and $ 30. One of the highlights is the casualty taco (R $ 30), made of wheat flour stuffed with shrimp, bacon, pepper, onion and gratin cheese. Specializing in ceviches, it serves seven dish options from $ 69. In addition to the classic, other versions include proteins such as salmon and tuna and ingredients such as bacon. Located in the luxurious Rosewood Hotel, it serves dishes of South American cuisine with preparations passing through the ember-and signing chef Felipe Bronze. The mango ceviche (R $ 65) is a vegan option: the fruit is seasoned with citrus tiger milk and accompanied by toasted cashews, coriander and chips. Among the hot dishes is successful the black pork pancetta (R $ 145) served with tucupi, corn cream, marinated tomatoes and salad.

Waska

The house offers typical dishes from various Latin American countries, such as Colombia and Mexico, but especially focuses on Peru’s revenues, a country of origin of the owners. Anticuchos, bovine -heart skewers in the house sauce and served with chimichurri potatoes are successful. Lomo Al Jugo (R $ 58) is an adaptation of the classic jump lumo, but in the snack version, with fillet-mignon, onion, tomato, shoyu, coriander and bread. The dishes match Pisco Sour (R $ 36), one of the cocktail options.
