The ring will return to the center of Athens from next Monday, October 20, 2025, with the Friday evening being published in the Official Gazette and the relevant KYA.
The limits of dcircle are defined by the following streets and avenues (which are outside the ring):
Alexandra Avenue – Zakharov – Mesogeion Avenue – Fidippidou – Michalakopoulou – Spyrou Merkouri – Vryaxidos – Ymitto – Ilias Ilios – Andreas Frantzis – Sygrou Avenue – Hamosterna – Piraeus – Iera Odos – Konstantinoupoleos Avenue – Alehilos – Square Karaiskaki – Karolou – Marni – 28th October (Patesion) – Alexandras Avenue.
From the Monday morning, October 20up to and including July 24, 2026, for the days Monday to Thursday (07:00–20:00) and Friday (07:00–15:00), only the rotation of passenger cars and trucks for private use is allowed, as follows:
- On even dates, traffic is allowed for vehicles with an even last number on the license plate.
- On odd dates, vehicles with a single last digit on the license plate are in circulation.
The measures do not apply on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, as well as on days when Public Transport is on strike.
From them limitations vehicles they own are exempt special permits from the Attica Traffic Directorateaccording to the Joint Ministerial Decision No. 195948 (07/10.10.2024, Official Gazette 5627, vol. B’).
Owners can publish special badge for exceptionally digital release gov.gr portal, in paper or electronic form.
