Manos Daskalakis: Goes to the investigator – Declares a representation of a civil lawsuit

Manos Daskalakis will appear before the investigator handling the case of the death of his eldest daughter, Georgina, in the afternoon, in order to declare a civil lawsuit.

The father of the 9-year-old will come to the investigative office accompanied by his lawyer Dimitris Karabelas, in order to declare a show in support of the accusation attributed to his wife, Roula Pispirigouas a victim of the criminal act of the 33-year-old.

According to what Manos Daskalakis stated publicly, he wants to know the complete truth about the death of Georgina and his other two daughters. The 30-year-old father, immediately after the prosecution against his wife, in his statements called Roula Pispirigou “accused”, revealing his complete differentiation from the hitherto united reaction with a common front against publications of both parents.

After the statement in support of the accusation (civil lawsuit) to the court clerk, Manos Daskalakis will officially be an opponent of the mother of their three children, who went missing within three years, claiming compensation for his mental pain from the death of Georgina .

Her defense Roulas Pispirigou claims that at the time of the child’s death at the “Aglaia Kyriakou” Hospital, Roula Pispirigou was not in the ward, but only doctors and nursing staff. Despite the optimism of her lawyers that she would be released on restrictive terms, the investigator finally decided to detain her.

From then on, Roula Pispirigou, for the first time, bent down and burst into tears saying “it is unfair, without evidence, to go to prison”.

According to information, her lawyers will file a request for the release of their client, the accused, hoping that this will be accepted. It is a matter of hours or a few days for this to be submitted.

Removal of privacy

Judge Christina Salapa, who is handling the heavy case with the murder of 9-year-old Georgina herself, proceeded to remove all confidentiality regarding Roula Pispirigou, who was remanded in custody yesterday with the unanimous opinion of an investigator and a prosecutor.

The interrogator reportedly asked the prosecutor to propose to the judicial council the removal of all communication secrets about Roula Pispirigou, mobile, computer, social media search that she used, in order to directly control her communications, her searches and her contacts.

At the same time, the investigation assigned to two prosecutors, Antonios Eleftherianos and Apostolos Andreou, for the deaths of the other two children of the Daskalaki family, is in full swing, with the prosecutorial authorities aiming at results in a short time.

As for Roula Pispirigou’s apology, the general assessment of the competent judicial authorities is that she was not shaken in the slightest by the heavy indictment and was not convinced by her claim that the administration of ketamine to the unfortunate child, which caused him death, is due to a medical error and not to a criminal act by her.

The first night in jail

Roula Pispirigou, 33, is being held in a specially designed cell and in solitary confinement in order to provide absolute security in Korydallos prison. He is in the courtyard at different times from the other detainees, while he allegedly asked to have a TV and access to a telephone.

The abuse of Georgina in 2014

Speaking to SKAI, the president of the Child’s Smile said that they had lodged a complaint with the prosecutor’s office. Someone had anonymously called Child Smile in 2014, when Georgina was 10 months old and had complained that both father and mother were abusing the baby. They had seen, as Mr. Giannopoulos said, Roula Pispirigou hitting the baby.

On October 1, a social worker went to the Daskalaki family home. However, the matter ended as the house was found fine and the parents denied the allegations.
