The investigator handling the case submitted a request to EOF (National Medicines Agency) to get additional information about the substance ketamine, to which the death of the child has been attributed.
The investigator asks for information about the distribution of this substance in Greece, its use and the possibilities of legal or illegal supply.
At the same time, it receives deposits from nursing staff who from time to time was involved in the provision of medical services to the unfortunate child, while the investigations into the death of the other two younger children of the Daskalakis family are in full swing.
The two prosecutors Antonios Eleftherianos and Apostolos Andreou who supervise the investigations, work closely with the Homicide Department, where testimonies are taken from doctors and nurses, while at the same time medical examiners review the medical records of the two children and re-evaluate everything about the causes who brought about their death.
