Him Leonida Kavako Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis visited the dressing rooms to congratulate him on Thursday night after the completion of the concert for Ukraine.
At the same time, he made a post on Twitter in which he thanks the musician and his collaborators for their kind offer.
“I want to thank Leonidas Kavakos and his music collaborators for their very kind offer to organize this concert, the proceeds of which will be used for the construction of the maternity hospital, which was bombed in Mariupol. L. Kavakos is an artist who has the courage of his opinion. And in these difficult times there is no room for equal distances or general positions that we are supposed to be with Peace. Here there is a defender, Ukraine, there is an attacker and it is Russia. I wish and hope today the violin of Leonidas “to be heard louder by the bombs of Russia and his message to reach and give an injection of support to the martyr Mariupol”, says the prime minister.
