Folha Reading Club announces new works and discussion dates for the season

by

Hello, readers and readers.

In May, a new Reading Club season begins Sheet. The curatorship took into account authors and works nominated by the participants, as well as diversity, both in terms of gender, nationality and editorials.

The first two already have special guests – Dr Luisa Destri, a specialist in Hilda Hilst and author of a book about the “slutty grandma”, and journalist and writer Marco de Castro, whose work in the crime genre, influenced by horror, was adapted to the cinema by Globo.

The Reading Club Sheet exists since August 2017 and brings together, always on the last Tuesdays of the month, people who share their experiences of reading works of fiction. Since November 2021, it has been coordinated by journalist Vivian Masutti, assistant editor at Ilustrada.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, meetings have taken place via Zoom and will continue to do so, to serve the public also from outside São Paulo. To participate, simply access the link or meeting 889 2377 1003.
