The renovation study of Vasilissis Olga Avenue was approved today by a majority by the Municipal Council of Athens.

The mayor of Athens, Costas Bakogiannis, responding to the accusations of the opposition factions, pointed out, among other things, that in the past in important interventions-works in the city, such as in the pedestrian streets of Dionysios Areopagitos, Ermou and Bucharest, Deputy Mayor Vassilis Axiotis underlined the value of this project for Athens.

From the “Open City” faction, the municipal councilor, Rigas Axelos, claimed, among other things, that with what is being launched, “the operation of the city is being overturned.”
