New strict message to Turkey sent earlier o Kyriakos Mitsotakis at the Summit of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) held in Thessaloniki. The Summit is attended by the President of the European Council Charles Michel and the Heads of State and Government of the countries of SE Europe.

“It turned out that there is indeed dynamism for cooperation of all parties in the region and at the same time this Summit drew a road map of common goals and principles that I believe only leads forward, and a city that is a crossroads of peoples and cultures,” said Mr. Mitsotakis.

THE Chancellor of Germany demanded earlier that the Serbian president impose sanctions on Russia in line with the policies of all European countries, Aleksandar Vucic after the meeting he had with the German Chancellor in Belgrade.

Olaf Solz confirmed in a joint press conference that he had raised the issue, saying that “all acceding countries have an obligation to implement the European Union’s common foreign policy”. The German chancellor added that he asked Serbia not to postpone the decision to impose sanctions on Russia and “to do so immediately as long as the issue is relevant.”
