Meeting of Nikos Dendias with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia

The two ministers will have a private meeting on Monday, June 27, and then extended talks will take place on a number of important issues such as current developments in the Caucasus, the situation in Ukraine and others.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikos Dendias, will meet in Athens tomorrow, Monday, June 27, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of ArmeniaArarat Mirzoyan, during his visit to Athens.

The two ministers will have a private meeting around 13:05 and then extended talks will take place.

Then, around 13:45, the two ministers will sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs on European Union issues.

Immediately afterwards, joint statements will be made to the press at around 13:50. A working lunch will follow.

The talks between the two ministers They are expected to focus on further strengthening bilateral relations, on issues of regional and international interest, with emphasis on current developments in the Caucasus, the situation in Ukraine after the Russian invasion, in the Eastern Mediterranean, and cooperation between the two countries in tripartite cooperation. as well as in EU-Armenia relations.
