The PNP provides for additional security measures in what concerns the legal attachments of the National Intelligence Service. It concerns the reinstatement of a provision that had been repealed by SYRIZA in 2018so that the requests of the National Intelligence Service are approved by the Appellate prosecutor, in addition to the EYP prosecutor.
