SYRIZA requests the intervention of the Justice for what the Avgi newspaper reveals today about the polling company Opinion Poll, speaking of a “party of embezzlement of public money”.
In a statement issued by Koumoundourou it is stated:
“Today’s revelations by Avgi about the triangle of intertwining of polling companies, companies connected to them and the “Mitsotakis state” are revealing of the way in which the manipulation of public opinion has been attempted in recent years.
The polling company “Opinion Poll”, which constantly falls out in its estimates, always promoting Kyriakos Mitsotakis, is connected to companies that have swept public projects in the last two years.
The Director of Research and Communication of Opinion Poll, Mr. Zoupis, offers his services as a personal copywriter of Alexis Tsipras, and of SYRIZA in general.
Specifically, five companies connected in one way or another to Opinion Poll have received the following amounts of public money:
– Municipalities 1,120,357.96 euros
– Agencies of the Ministry of Digital Policy 886,464.57 euros
– Regions 167,706.93 euros
This is a regular party of embezzlement of public money that comes out of the pocket of tax-paying citizens in order to personally favor “Moses” Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
We expect the immediate intervention of the Justice and SEDEA for this robbery which is a shame for all pollsters and political scientists of the country”.
