The most vulnerable are being tested and inequalities are growing, PASOK emphasizes in a statement regarding the rise in inflation to 12.1% in Greece.

In fact, he calls on the Government to study his proposals for curbing punctuality instead of, as he typically mentions, celebrating its successes.

PASOK’s announcement in detail

According to Eurosat’s announcement today on the harmonized index of consumer prices for the month of September, Greece emerged as the champion with a growth rate of 3% and with the annual index jumping to 12.1%, from 11.2% in August and much higher from M.O. of the eurozone which is at 10%. Our country is in the top three countries with the highest inflation, if we exclude the Baltic countries directly affected by the war.

This development, combined with what ELSTAT announced yesterday about the ever-increasing consumption of the greater part of the income of poor households on basic consumption items, the prices of which have increased many times over the M.O., such as housing, energy and food , proves that now the most vulnerable are being tested and inequalities are growing.

Therefore, instead of the Government celebrating its “successes” and the Prime Minister exhausting himself in fiestas, let them study PASOK’s proposals for intercepting accuracy, before the worst comes with the increase in interest rates and the recession in Europe.
