Panagiotopoulos to Akar: As long as there is a threat from Turkey, any attempt to communicate is futile

“I told Akar about the Confidence Building Measures that as long as there is a threat of territorial sovereignty, this makes any attempt at communication futile,” said the Defense Minister, speaking to journalists in the Parliament.

Recalling that there are consultations, separation processes and talks on confidence-building measures between the two countries, Akar said:
