The competent Committee of KINAL for the internal party elections (EDEKAP) with a circular signed by the president of Theodoros Kapetanakis, gives detailed instructions for the voting in Vygyros, on Sunday.
Among other things, he draws the attention of the Electoral Commissions to the meticulous observance of the registration and voting process in order to avoid cancellation issues for a constituency. He also reminds that only those who voted in the next round have the right to vote and will not pay 3 euros again.
The circular specifically states:
“In the repeat elections of 12/12/21 for the election of president, only those who voted in the electoral process of 5/12/21 in any department are facilitated for the exercise of their right.
When the voter arrives at the Polling Station, he / she must submit his / her personal identity card (identity card or passport or driver’s license), is searched by the tablet operator in the electoral list formed by the voters on 5/12/21 and when he is located, is accredited to exercise his right to vote.
Then, the secretary of the Referendum Committee will enter all the data that refer to the list of voters and will sign. Afterwards, the chairman of the Electoral Commission will receive the identity card and hand over the envelope and the ballot paper to the voter. The voter will have to go to the screen to make his choice. Returning the voter from the screen, the president will seal and initial the envelope and after throwing it in the ballot box, will hand over the identity card and leave.
Voters do not pay any amount during the December 12 election process.
It is pointed out that the search of the voters who were accredited on 5/12 with AMKA will be mandatory with AMKA and on 12/12. If a voter who says he or she voted on the first Sunday is not identified for accreditation, the polling station manager or one of the candidates’ representatives will call the Movement for Change call center at 2103665040 to seek certification to facilitate the exercise. of his right.
No one can vote unless they have been accredited by the tablet operator and have not been registered as a voter.
If for any reason, either due to a power outage or a fall in the telecommunications system, it is impossible to accredit it, the electoral process will be stopped for as many minutes as needed until the system is back in operation. In case there is a difference between the accredited and the voters, the Electoral Department will inform EDEKAP immediately before the Screening of the Ballots to answer them whether they will proceed with the screening of the ballots or the CALL will be canceled.
Attention is recommended both to the members of the Electoral Commission and to the representatives of the candidates for the faithful observance of the rules in order to avoid any possibility of annulment of the Results of the Electoral Department.
Both the chairmen of the Election Committee and the tablet operators will work with the codes they used on 5/12. These codes will be forwarded to them again along with instructions by email from the OTS Company on Friday 10/12 as well as by reminder sms on Saturday 11/12.
