Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias is visiting Kyiv today, where he is expected to have meetings with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba and other top officials, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This visit is the foreign minister’s third visit to Ukraine after the Russian invasion, as he has already been twice to Odessa, a city inextricably linked to Hellenism.

In the context of his contacts, the foreign minister is expected to repeat the message that Greece is in favor of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of all states, and that it condemns revisionism, wherever and however it comes from, the announcement states.

He is also expected to refer to the initiatives undertaken by Greece to support the government and people of Ukraine, both in a bilateral and multilateral context.
