The announcement in detail
“From the very first moment of the revelation of the horrible ring in Kolonos, SYRIZA-PS expressed the request that everything be brought to light along with the names of all those involved.
Unfortunately, the case develops into a merry-go-round of “revelations” and selective leaks that stand in the way of the actual investigation of the case. In order to stop here the attempt to disorientate and create impressions, SYRIZA-PS clarifies the following: after official communication with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. PO and our information that a member of the party was identified as having communicated with the victim through a digital application, we proceeded to delete it immediately. No tolerance – no cover up.
We remind you that from the first moment we asked that there be no attempt at a cover-up for any person involved. The selective leaks, under the responsibility of the government and the police, as well as the delays, however, cannot but cause concern.”
