A lawsuit against all those responsible for the surveillance case was filed today with the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Isidoros Dogiakos, by the secretary of the SYRIZA Committee, Olga Gerovasilis.
“We are living in extremely critical moments for the democratic state and the rule of law,” said Olga Gerovasili, leaving the courthouse, referring to the publications of the newspaper “Dokumento”, while speaking of a violation of the confidentiality of communications, correspondence and perhaps documents secrets, as she said citing the status of the former Minister of Citizen Protection.
With the lawsuit filed by Mrs. Gerovasili, she requests that the violation of telephone privacy and other possible criminal acts committed against her be investigated.
“I have confidence in the Greek justice system. For the investigation to be effective it should synthesize all the claims. Justice is the last pillar of protection that can investigate the double scandal, the espionage and cover-up scandal.”
