In continuation of my initial statement, with which I referred to actions to remove the existing obstacle in my person, I inform you that yesterday the relevant procedure was completed and I left the company.
My corporate shares were transferred to my employees-partners, who have connected their own lives with the development course of our company, for the last 16 years.
In relation to what SYRIZA mentions in its announcement, I am aware of the following:
Regarding the “source of origin” of the amount of €49,500, to cover the increase in the share capital of the company Themis Heimaras & SIA EE in 2020, it is obvious that the incomes declared by me, more than cover it.
Regarding my participation in the company SMARTS IKE, they should have known that I had left it, before my election to the Parliamentary office.
My withdrawal, for a price of €65,847, has been included in the 2020 Pothen Esches statement.
They should also have known that it is not required to deposit this amount into my account, since it is not an increase or decrease of the company’s corporate capital, but a transfer of corporate shares that can be done legally by private agreement.
Finally, regarding the non-existent reports of SYRIZA, that I am allegedly responsible for the future course of a company from which I have formally and effectively left, these do not correspond to reality and do not concern me.
The need to invent fantastic scenarios and new novels, once again fall into the void.
Everyone has their own path, their own history and is judged by the citizens for their contribution and work.

Day by day, new information is coming to light about the works and days of the new “Patsis” of the ND Parliamentary Group, Mr. Heimara.
It is not only the violation of article 57 of the Constitution with the direct assignments of more than 400,000 euros from public bodies to the company TH. CHIMARAS & SIA E.E. From the new revelations of the Transparency Sector of K.O. of SYRIZA – Progressive Alliance, new questions arise and the “account” of the blue looter multiplies.
Why did Mr. Chimaras not declare in the 2020 financial statements the amount of 49,500 euros, which he himself paid as a contribution to the increase in the share capital of TH. CHIMARAS & SIA E.E.? What was their unspecified source of origin?
Why did Mr. Heimaras not deposit in his bank account the amount of 65,847 euros, which based on the 2020 declaration of origin is allegedly the price of the sale of his share in the company Smarts IKE?
If he received the amount in cash, there is a serious tax violation, as the law prohibits the use of cash over 300 euros. If no price was paid at all, there is a question of virtuality of the transfer of his share, which means that he is still participating as an invisible partner in a company which, within three years, has concluded contracts amounting to 902 thousand euros with public bodies.
This time we expect clear answers and not ridiculous excuses that Mr. Heimara’s associates allegedly did not know the procedures. As we expect a clear position from Mr. Mitsotakis who, while he does not write off Heimaras, confirms that he tolerates the illegalities of his MPs and applauds the blue-collar looting of public money.
