The resigned Minister of Transport, Kostas Karamanlis, will appear at the Institutions and Transparency Committee of the Parliament tomorrow, Monday, at 10 am, where he will respond institutionally to what is attributed to him after the accident in Tempi and the state of the Greek railway.

Kostas Ah. Karamanlis is expected to present facts and documents about the contracts for the railway projects, in order to highlight what he himself did as Minister of Transport and what was not done in previous years.

Regarding his political future and his stance on the upcoming elections – whenever they are announced – his associates say that he wants to be judged by the people of Serra, and for them (the people) to judge him.

New Democracy requests – in addition to K. Karamanlis – that the Minister of Transport during the SYRIZA government, Christos Spirtzis, as well as Michalis Chrysochoidis (minister in the period 2013-2015), as well as Giorgos Gerapetritis, who has undertaken and responsibilities of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure (that is, those who concluded and managed the 717 contract)
