The position for open schools with security for students, teachers and their families is expressed by the Movement for Change, accusing the government of acrobatics between taking effective protection measures and political costs.
KINAL states that it respects the decision to open the schools on Monday, but also listens to the reservations of members of the scientific community about the need for more and appropriate measures for the health of students and teachers.
The Movement for Change calls on the government to assume its responsibilities and submits seven proposals which are the following:
- To drastically reduce the percentage of cases (50% of students), which is required today to close a department, with the necessary change of protocols.
- Increase rotation teaching, as is already the case in other European countries
- Prepare e-learning
- Rapid tests to be done in schools by EODY ladders.
- To take initiatives by the competent Ministries to inform high school and high school students about the necessity of vaccination.
- The measures should apply to all structures of education, such as tuition centers, kindergartens, etc.
- Provide daily information on the number of cases in schools and the operational problems that arise.
