The president of the ruling party, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, took stock of the actions of the 4-year government of the New Democracy, emphasizing that what he promised in 2019, he did more than that.

Speaking at a party event in Aigaleo, Kyriakos Mitsotakis also referred to Refugees, saying that “we zeroed in on refugee flows, saved lives in the Aegean and upgraded the islands, while expanding the fence on the Evros”.

Watch the speech live:

“Our first big pre-election gathering of Attica could not be held anywhere else, except here, in Aegaleo, in my constituency.

This is where I made my first political appearance 20 years ago, in April 2003.

From the western sector I start our fight. The one who will bring self-reliant SW and self-reliant Greece. To close the door to the past and open it wide to the future. All of Greece will be blue.

Western Athens will also become blue, just as the whole homeland will be dressed in blue”, said Kyriakos Mitsotakis from Aigaleo.

He added: “I see it in your faces, I hear it in your voice. We are here to unite all Greeks. We said this 4 years ago. I wouldn’t change a word of those words.

I am here to assure you that our slogan is a tangible reality. We said it and we did it.”
