Announcement – complaint from the student faction
“Once again, while the PKS has signed and agreed on the holding of student elections nationwide, on May 10, it shamelessly takes out posters and sets up a mock election, on a different date”, notes the DAP in its statement accusing the student faction which is close to the Communist Party of Greece for making different moves from the agreed ones.
Among other things, in her announcement she points out that “for another year, in the same project, viewers, the PKS with two-day elections, isolated from the entire student community and without the participation of other forces, without electoral lists, without reference to the place of the elections and ballot boxes by rotation, which are “kept” in the offices of the KKE, makes the following clearer than ever. How fraud and procedures reminiscent of totalitarian regimes are the only way the PKS can support its lies, misleading public opinion.”
In detail, the announcement issued by the student faction of the ND:
“Following the decision of the General Assembly of 8 entire members of the PAC, the “two-day” student elections at the SER Association of DIPAE began today.
In a literally ghost club, founded by the PKS alone, which is not recognized by any power other than itself.
Once again, while the PKS has signed and agreed on the holding of student elections nationwide, on May 10, it shamelessly takes out posters and sets up mock elections, on a different date. And unfortunately, this attitude of hers demonstrates in the worst way that her only concern is not to upset Perissos. In general, they do not care about a democratic process like the student elections, let alone the voice of the students and their electoral will.
For another year, in the same project, viewers, the PKS with two-day elections, isolated from the entire student community and without the participation of other forces, without electoral lists, without reference to the place of the elections and ballot boxes by rotation, which are “kept ” at the offices of the KKE, makes the following clearer than ever. How fraud and procedures reminiscent of totalitarian regimes are the only way in which the Communist Party can support its lies, misleading public opinion.
So we make it clear, for the umpteenth time. The student elections of May 10 are a day of democracy for Greek Universities. But one day, which the PKS, has already tarnished. And unfortunately for them, the answer to today’s travesty is already being given to them by the students. The entire student community will turn its back on the fraud, the trivialization of the student elections and the representatives of the KKE, May 10. Enough”.
