“SYRIZA is trying to convince us that it “has the numbers” and has a costed economic program. At the same time, after Mr. Katrougalos, his top executives are confusing the Greek middle class with the beneficiaries of the minimum guaranteed income“, he emphasized.
“Let us therefore inform Mrs. Fotiou and SYRIZA – even though she herself has been the competent Minister of Social Affairs – that the amount of 5,000 euros is, according to ELSTAT, even below the poverty line in our country, which is set at 5,700 euros annuallyhe added.
“It is clear that Mrs. Fotiou and her party actually “envision” with their economic program of 83 billion euros – which automatically puts us in new memorandums – a Greek middle class of 420 euros per month or 5,000 euros per year. It is equally clear that they are preparing a new tax raid on all the rest – in the perception of SYRIZA – “rich” of the normal Greek middle class with incomes from 10,000 to 30,000 euros per year”he underlined.
“One thing is certain: SYRIZA’s hidden agenda is leading with mathematical precision to a repeat of the tax meltdown we experienced in 2015-2019. History, however, can only be repeated as a farce.
