According to Nielsen’s official figures, SKAI was the choice of the television audience in the coverage of the national elections with high percentages
National Election Day, Sunday, May 21, and as in all major events, the citizens gave a vote of confidence to SKAI’s information team, which was on the front line, with a continuous flow of news, reports and live connections from every point where the electoral pulse was beating.
According to Nielsen’s official figures SKAI was the choice of the television audience in covering the national elections with high rates. Specifically, in the election night slot, 3,483,613 watched SKAI even for 1′, with a percentage 14.7% to the entire audience. An evening that started energetically from 17:45, with Kosioni Co in coordination, the Alexis Papahelas, Pavlos Tsimas and the entire team of SKAI analysts.
At exactly 19.00, SKAI broadcast the result of the EXIT POLL with George Arapoglou and PULSE RC, as well as the first comments from the parties. As always the official results followed Ministry of Interior, live links from party headquarters and polling stations and developments throughout the evening.
TV viewers watched SKAI throughout the day. The informative marathon started at 05.00 with George Autias and the show “Morning” which finished first in television viewing with 18.7% to the entire audience, at 09.00 Dimitris Oikonomou and Akis Pavlopoulos took the baton with the show “Today” and with TV viewing 13.6% to the entire audience while at 12.00 the “Mismatches”, Yiannis Dsounos and Christos Koutras scored 10.6% to the entire audience.
The elections were on SKAI and the viewers showed up energetically for their information.
