On the subject of his two candidates SYRIZA in state Rhodope the representative of New Democracy, Akis Skertsos, returns with his statement.
In more detail it states:

SYRIZA instead of apologizing for the anti-Hellenic choices it has made in Thrace instead of a table of few votes, is asking for the change. Mr. Tsipras was fully informed before the announcement of the elections that the 2 candidates he chose to support to the end personally and party-wise had already secured the support of the Turkish consulate as exponents of the most extreme revisionist propaganda. And yet, this did not prevent him from giving them the anointing of SYRIZA’s parliamentary candidate so that they could unhindered serve “hybrid attacks” now also within Greek borders.
We repeat, the final election result in Rodopi is not partisan but national in nature. Greece is a sovereign state and does not tolerate interference in its internal affairs with “Trojan horses” that serve foreign – certainly not national – interests.
PS Will the two parliamentary candidates who have drunk the silent water finally take a position on whether they are claiming the vote of the Muslim or the “Turkish” minority?
