In the prefectures of Magnesia and Larissa, a group of New Democracy toured for two days, in view of the June 25 elections, led by the coordinator of the election campaign, former Deputy Minister of National Defense, Nikos Hardalia, and the candidate for Eastern Attica, former Deputy Minister of Tourism, Sofia Zaharakis .

During the first day of the tour, Mr. Hardalias and Mrs. Zacharakis, accompanied by the candidate MPs of the prefecture of Magnesia, the president of the DEEP and the members of the local organizations, met with party officials, visited local shops where they spoke with businessmen and workers and exchanged views with representatives of authorities and agencies in the region, conveying the government plan of New Democracy for the next four years. Specifically, the officials visited the regions of Volos, Agria, Argalasti and Afisso.

During the second day of their tour in the prefecture of Larissa, Mr. Hardalias and Zacharakis, accompanied by the local executives, visited Elassona, Livadi Elassonas, Ampelona Tyrnavou, Makrychori Tebon, Larissa, the community of Giannouli, Nikaia of the municipality of Killeler and Farsala. During the visits, they had the opportunity to convey the program positions of the party for the next four years to residents of the regions and highlight the special development potential of Larissa.

In his statements immediately after the end of the visits, the coordinator of the election campaign and former Deputy Minister of National Defense Mr. Hardalias emphasized: “We experienced another unique experience, meeting together with Sofia Zaharakis, our executives, citizens and professionals. Meeting those people who fight every day for their own advancement, for the advancement of their family, but above all for the advancement of their country. Their own finding and message, our own bet of responsibility for the next day. On June 25, the citizens choose stability again and all together in the coming days, we fight village-by-village, door-to-door for the secure self-reliance we need, for the stable government we need and for the strong Greece we dream of!”

For her part, the candidate for Eastern Attica parliament and former Deputy Minister of Tourism, Ms. Zacharakis, made the following statement: “Magnesia and Larissa. Two dynamic prefectures that claim each with their own comparative advantages, the steady rise in every development sector of the economy, be it tourism or primary.
