Mr. Mitsotakis in a little while – at 17.00 – is expected to move to the Ministry of Financeinaugurating the cycle of visits to the ministries and the targeting of each sector of government work, as he had done in 2019. Earlier, during the cabinet meeting and specifying the government’s priorities, the Mr. Mitsotakishe said:

“-Our first billas I have already committed, it will concern the organization of the statethe evolution of the structure of the staff state, so that our coordination and the exercise of central policy becomes more effective.

-Tthe second bill will reflect our central financial commitments. One of them is reinstatement of EYDAP and EYATH in the control of the State instead of the Superfund, to which these two companies had been assigned by SYRIZA.

But one more legislative obligation will be included from now on – I think we conquered it politically in this pre-election period – and this is none other than obligation for the pre-election programs of all parties to be costed by an independent body.

At the same time, our concern will be routing of financial relief to citizensthe continuation of its treatment persistent problem of accuracyespecially in foodsbut also the cover very few urgent social needs. Let me mention an indicative one: the establishment of mixed crews of the EKAV, so that they can respond quickly – especially in remote areas – with the assistance of specialized personnel from both the Armed Forces and the Fire Brigade”.
