Georgiadis: “The reform of the EFKA continues as normal and is valid. The decision of the CoE regarding this special issue will be respected and the problem will be cured”
The EFKA law is constitutional, the regulatory act will be cured, clarifies in his statement Adonis Georgiadis on the decision of the Council of State.
As the Minister of Labor and Social Security points out. the goal is pensions to be awarded within 60 days – as is already the case – “and not to return to the delays of the past”.
