On the last day, the president of Hellenic Solution, Kyriakos Velopoulos, spoke about the Prespa agreement, the tragedy in Tempe, foreign policy, the “illegal entry of illegal immigrants” into the country and the upcoming meeting between Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Recep Tayyip Erdogan of program statements in the Parliament.

“Two 24 hours have passed since we tried to convince some people to at least agree on Tempi on a human level. Many cried, many were in pain, in agony, but no one had the humanity to sign the examination paper” he declared at the beginning of his rebuttal.

He directed his “fire” at the prime minister, saying: “When you have a prime minister who, instead of keeping what he promised himself: “February 23, 2016, I commit to a commission of inquiry for the Varoufakis period”, which led us to bank closures and capital controls. How untrustworthy can a person be?’

He also denounced a gross violation of the Prespa agreement and characteristically said, addressing the government: “Sign a commission of inquiry.”

“Aren’t New Democracy and the Prime Minister ashamed that Greece is violating international law? Many are surprised. I will prove to you why this morning the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Gerpapetritis made a statement about a gross violation of international law”, added Mr. Velopoulos and proceeded to read Mr. Gerapetritis’ post.

And he continued: “Will Mitsotakis tell us why the US Foreign Minister called him? Why did he leave?” He knew what he was going to hear and whenever he was about to hear something that would disturb him, he left.”

Regarding foreign policy, Mr. Velopoulos said: “Saudi Arabia is giving up on them and they don’t have the courage to take the Patriots back. What Greece gave them for free. they (the Patriots) left and went to Saudi Arabia to protect the Saudis and now they are not asking for it back. Bring back the Patriots.”

Among other things, Mr. Velopoulos mentioned that “the term Turkish Aegean was registered, another success of the government”.

You are not a humanitarian, Prime Minister, when you allow “illegal immigrants” to freely come into the country. We think that so many (immigrants) cannot be assimilated, you make one mistake after another, he underlined.

“In our opinion, he does not deserve to be treated like this by all of us in the Greek people. We set up commissions of inquiry. If Mrs. Konstantopoulou testifies, we will sign it, we will not let the Greek people suffer. Greece belongs to the Greeks.”

The president of the Hellenic Solution ended his speech by stressing: “Don’t sign anything. A plea and appeal from the depths of my soul,” he said addressing Kyriako Mitsotakis, about his meeting with the Turkish president in Vilnius.
